Cosmax is a global leader in the formulation, manufacturing and development of beauty products, operating at significant scientific and industrial scale. As the brand evolved and began speaking to a broader audience of beauty entrepreneurs, there was a need to communicate this depth of expertise with greater clarity and confidence in digital.
I focused on shaping a digital experience that reflected Cosmax’s scientific rigour and approach to innovation without oversimplifying the business.
My role centred on defining the user experience and interface system, using layout, hierarchy and structure to organise a wide range of technical and product-led content. This created clear pathways through the site, allowing users with different levels of industry knowledge to navigate it confidently. Animation was used selectively to support the system and reinforce a sense of precision and care.
The result is a composed, scalable digital platform that supports the wider brand refresh and helps position Cosmax as both a manufacturer and a long-term creative and technological partner.







Built for global audience
The Cosmax website was designed to operate across four languages: Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese, with all content authored natively to preserve tone, nuance and brand intent.
Designing for multiple scripts shaped decisions around typography, hierarchy and layout flexibility, ensuring the experience could scale across regions. A flexible CMS underpins this approach, allowing localisation without fragmentation. The result is a website that feels cohesive at scale, yet fluent at a local level.






Avaloq
Avaloq, a leader in wealth management software, sought to refresh its brand to better communicate the premium quality and expertise behind its services. The goal was to ensure that this new brand identity resonated across all touchpoints, with a particular focus on their website.
